Swan Heart Hand Embroidery Pattern

Image
My son used to live near Virginia Lake in Reno and we  would take walks around it and see all the birds and at that time there were swans.  The lake inspired this embroidery pattern and the sentiment of love that the birds convey. I hope you like it. Click here for Swan Love embroidery pattern details

Lily and Tulip Ride A Bike Hand Embroidery Pattern

Image
I chose fabric way out of my normal color palette in honor of the autumn season  for this design.  Lily is taking her little dog Tulip for a bike ride.  They bought a  bouquet of flowers and are losing some on the way, but that's okay.  You can click here for pattern details.

Winter Botanical Hand Embroidery Pattern

Image
I've finished my Winter Botanicals design on a natural linen tea towel.  I used hand dyed cotton floss from The Gentle Art in Oatmeal which has a nice range of white shades that go nicely with the colors in the towel. I used my lightbox and #02 Micron pen to transfer the pattern.  The pattern shows through to the towel fabric nicely using a lightbox.  There are a variety of stitches for the plants that add interest to the design.  Lots of lazy daisy stitches, one of my favorite stitches. You can click here to get the Winter Botanical embroidery pattern in my Etsy shop.
